Were gunna bounce ina minute!!

As I wanted to generate ideas using football songs that are created on the terraces around the country, I remembered that Nike had done the same sort of thing in 2008.  The advert was based around the impact that Fernando Torres has had on the city of Liverpool since his transfer from spanish side Athletico Madrid.  The ' Torres Bounce ' as its known was taken from the childrens nursery rhyme ' The runaway train ', Liverpool supporters changed the words and now the song is instantly recognisable across England and Europe, which gave Nike the perfect opportunity to use one of there star attractions to market there new products.  The other main factor for looking at the advert was to show how Nike have exploited the influence a footballer can have on a new culture.  Which is why Waterstones and Project X are so keen to use the Premier League as a focal point to there campaign to get young boys to read more.
